CWS Units of Split Serie

 

 Main reason to prefer a split system is to eliminate compressor noise and vibration from cabin atmosphere. Like every advantage being accompanied by a disadvantage, such units require pipe connection and coupling to a CWS unit done by a qualified air conditioner technician skilled in installation of home type split units.

    PRODUCT FEATURES


    EWS/CWS series split units are split-into-two versions of SWE/NWE series self-contained type marine air conditioners.

     

    EWS, the evaporating units are installed inside the cabins and compared to self-contained units they feature the advantage of avoiding compressor noise and vibration

    Some features are as follows:

  • Plug-in type controller wiring with 5 meter extension. 
  • Ultimate performance at high ambient and seawater temperatures. 
  • TDR/KN7(cooling only) type single-component auto mode and fan  featured digital controller with fan, dry and heat/cool modes and digital display of room temperature.

Marin tip paket klimaların evlerimizde kullanılan split tip iki üniteli klimalara göre en önemli farkı, split klimanın dış ünitesi soğutulacak alan dışında olup kompresör çıkışında gaz hava ile soğutulurken, marin tip klimada aynı işlemin denizsuyu yardımıyla olmasıdır. Bu itibarla, dış hava ortamına gereksinim duyulmadığından, bu işlem için cihazın ikiye bölünme gereği de ortadan kalkmakta ve minimize edilmiş ölçülerde tek bir cihaz amaca hizmet etmektedir.

Paket klimaların çift üniteli split versiyonlarının ürün kodları MARİNEX ve MAIRCON markalarının soğutucu üniteleri için EWS/EWN,  kondenser (kompresör) üniteleri için CWS/CWN olarak adlandırılmıştır. 

MARINE WATER CHILLERS/ MARİN CHİLLER SERİSİ OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLES:

The system is made up of a central cooling unit which can be installed in engine room or other space for auxiliary equipments, and fancoils which are coupled to the central unit through piping or hoses. The water chilled by central unit is sent through the circulation pumps to the fancoils in the cabins and the cooling capacity is transferred by the fans of fancoils to the cabin atmosphere. Eventually, the circulated water getting relatively warmer, returns to the central unit for recycle of cooling process.

 In Heating mode, the 4-way reverse cycle valve changes the position of gas line. Thus, the heat which is normally extracted to the sea in Cooling mode, is now transferred to the circulated water in the system.   

The central unit and the units in the cabins operate independent from one another. Both units have separate controllers for individual operations.

Every central unit is  precharged with refrigerant and  fully tested for operational features as well as leakage, before shipment.

  MULTIPLE-STAGE UNITS:
NHM(mono), NHD(twin), NHT(triple), NHQ(quadro) chillers  are designed for medium and larger size boats, which either have very little space in the cabins for self-contained units and/or require utmost silence and quietness. The single stage(one compressor and cooling circuit) chillers are manufactured as standart production within  30.000Btuß-> 155.000 Btu  range

ÜRÜN ÖZELLİKLERİ:

 

HWS Serisi tek gruplu merkezi klimalar standart olarak 30.000Btu ile 155.000 Btu soğutma kapasitesi aralığında üretilir. Müşteri talebine göre tekli olarak 200.000Btu ya kadar cihaz üretimi yapılmaktadır. Daha yüksek kapasitelere gereksinim duyulduğunda iki gruplu HWS2X veya dört gruplu HWS4X üniteler seçilebilir. Standart üretim, monofaze 220V-50Hz ve 380V-50Hz voltaj beslemelerine uygundur. Monofaze cihazlar, kompresörler için enerji beslemelerdeki sınırlamalardan dolayı tek gruplu(kompresör ve soğutma devreli) olarak ancak 40.000Btu soğutma kapasitesine kadar mevcuttur. Monofaze olup, daha fazla soğutma kapasitesine gereksinim duyulan projelerde HWS2X veya HWS4X, yani iki veya dört kompresör/soğutma devreli grıplar yardımıyla çözüme gidilebilir.9ancak 02530 koBu cihazlar özellikle soğutulacak alanda klima koyulacak yeri çok sınırlı olan ve/veya olabildiğince sessizlik istenen orta ve büyük boy teknelerin klimatize edilmesi için tasarımlanmıştır.

 Çalışma Prensipleri:

Sistem, teknenin makine veya yardımcı ekipmanlar bölümüne yerleştiren bir ana soğutucu ünite(HWS) ve bu üniteye hortum veya borularla bağlı fancoil(FWS) cihazlarından meydana gelir. HWS'de soğutulan su sirkülasyon pompası vasıtasile kabinlerdeki fancoil cihazları üzerinden sirküle eder ve üretilen soğutma kapasitesi fancoil cihazları tarafından fan yardımıyla kabin atmosferine aktarılır. Bu sırada ısınan su tekrar ana üniteye döner ve işlem sürekli bir çevrim olarak tekrarlanır. Isıtma konumunda ise, 4-yollu dönüşüm vanası gazın yönünü ters çevirerek, normalde denizsuyu vasıtasile dışarı atılan ısının sirkülasyon hattına aktarılmasını sağlar. Sistemin çalışma şekli ve şeması, esas itibarile bir kat kaloriferindekinden farksızdır. Ana ünite(HWS) ve kabinlerdeki(FWS) cihazlar birbirlerinden bağımsız olarak çalışırlar. HWS'nin çalışması için FWS'lerin çalışmasının gerekmediği gibi, FWS'ler de HWS'den bağımsız çalışırlar. Her iki tip cihazın kontrolu ise üzerlerinde bulunan kendi kumandalarıyla sağlanır.

 Her cihaz üretimde soğutma gazı şarj edilmiş, fabrikada kaçak ve performans testleri yapılmış olarak sevk edilir.

All are tailor-made per customers' external dimensions and connection sizes for gas and water. Construction is coaxial type seamless tube-in tube leaving no risk for  water invasion to gas line rendering long life against corrosion.

WATER-COOLED HEAT EXCHANGERS DESCRIPTION:

Shell & tube type heat exchangers with all ancillaries are used to transfer heat from higher temperature fluid to a secondary lower temperature fluid. Depending on the application, intention is sometimes to use the heat of higher temperature fluid and in other cases the lower one.
As it happens in air conditioning heat-pump systems, depending on the season both primary and secondary fluids can act as heat dissipater or absorber. While one fluid is mostly water, the other one can be again water, oil, a chemical fluid or gas. Although the name itself defines the primary fluid as ''water'', there may be cases where non of the fluids are water.
